Madera Canyon, high in the rugged Santa Rita Mountains, is home to 238 species of birds and is renowned for its hummingbird population. Hiking and nature trails branch from this canyon that lead to the 9,453-foot-high summit and a spectacular view of the lush Santa Cruz River Valley

It's a golfer's paradise in Green Valley which maintains six championship courses ranging from traditional broad layouts to challenging, tournament-quality designs. Several of the courses offer club memberships. Easy access to 18 other top courses is within a half-hour's drive.
